Your Bank data shall be retained in a secure manner for the period required to confirm your order and payment, and shall then be immediately destroyed. In the event of a payment incident, your data will be retained for the time required to manage the incident, then for a period of three (3) to five (5) years, depending on the severity of the incident.
Your identification data used, with your agreement, in order to send newsletters and other HAIRAAT publications shall be retained for a period of (10) years, as of their collection or your last date of contact (for example, a request for documentation or a click on a hyperlink contained in an email; however, opening an email cannot be considered contact on your part).
Your customer account on the Website shall remain active until you decide to close it, and provided that you make purchases on our Website. In the event of extended inactivity for a period of (5) years, this account will be deactivated.
