Box: (12095), with an official email address (contact@hairaat.com), (hereinafter referred to as the “HAIRAAT, “we”, “our”, or “us”);
Reference to “you”, “your”, “Customer”, “Consumer”, and “Buyer” is a reference to the purchaser of the Products from us.
Reference to “Product(s)” means the jewelry, diamonds, goods and any other products purchased by you from us through this HAIRAAT online platform.
These HAIRAAT Terms and Conditions (hereinafter “Terms of Service”) govern your use of HAIRRAT online platform www.hairaat.com and the transactions contemplated therein (hereinafter the “Website”).
These Terms of Service, shall apply to all contracts entered into by HAIRAAT, and by placing your order with us you are accepting these Terms of Service.
By visiting our Website and/or purchasing Product(s) from us, you engage in our service and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service, including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink and/or any other terms and/or policies available on the Website. Whilst considerable effort has been made to ensure that the visual representations of HAIRAAT Products displayed on the Website are representative of the colour, design and style etc. of the original Products, slight variations, distortions and/or differences may be apparent when compared to the original Product. This may, for example, be due to technical issues such as your browser or computer settings. Accordingly, HAIRAAT cannot be held liable for any apparent differences in the Product images represented on the Website and the original Products. We strongly advise you visit one of our boutiques or authorized retailers prior to making a purchase from our Website or by phone.
You may download one computer copy or print one copy of the material made available to you via the Website for your own non-commercial, educational, private or domestic use only, provided that proprietary notices, in particular intellectual property notices such as copyright©, trademark™, are preserved intact and are not modified, deleted or changed. In the event of breach of any of these Terms of Service, your permission to use HAIRAAT Material will automatically terminate and any copies made of HAIRAAT Material must be immediately destroyed. Any unauthorized use of HAIRAAT Material may infringe copyright laws, trademark laws, the laws of privacy and publicity, and communications regulations and statutes.
CONTRACT
No contract will exist between you and HAIRAAT for the sale of any Product unless and until HAIRAAT has accepted your order with a confirmation email and a full payment is taken from your credit/ debit card or via Paypal. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us. Only adults (persons aged 18 and over) are entitled to enter into legally binding contracts.
HAIRAAT reserves the right not to accept your order in the event that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, if delivery or shipment restrictions apply to a particular Product, if the Product ordered does not meet our quality control standards and is withdrawn, out of stock or if there is an error in pricing or content. We may also refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses arising from not accepting your order and we shall have no liability to you, by way of compensation, other than to refund the amount paid for the Products in question.
PAYMENT
By purchasing on/from this Website you confirm that the credit/debit card or Paypal account that is being used by you is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the credit/debit card or Paypal account to use it.
All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. Payment can be made by Paypal or via your credit/debit card linked to your Paypal account. Also by any other methods that may be advertised on our Website from time to time.
The prices payable for ordered Products are as set out in our Website in (INSERT CURRENCY). All prices are inclusive of the Qatari VAT. Delivery charges will be clearly displayed when selected and included in the total cost.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Unless you cancel your order within (1) working days after full payment has been made, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and HAIRAAT will be completed when the Products have been dispatched.
To cancel your contract you must notify us of your decision by email here (…) using the subject heading ‘Cancellation’ and supplying your order number and address. Any returns after the (1 working) day period stated above will be at the discretion of HAIRAAT.
DEFECTIVE AND DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If you should receive a Product that is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us here (contact@hairaat.com) within 5 days. We will help you resolve any issues as quickly as possible, once the faulty Product has been returned to us by post. We will confirm the return address in writing, once you have contacted us about the fault.
EXCHANGE POLICY
You may exchange Product/s bought from us through our exchange policy. This policy is subject to the following:
Without prejudice to our right and sole discretion to provide credit note or gift voucher to you for the value of the Products/s you intend to exchange, you may exchange your purchased Product/s (excluding custom made Product/s), within (7 days) from the date of delivery of the Product(s) to you.
If you exchange the purchased Product/s for another Product/s of higher price, you will be charged the difference. If you exchange for another Product/s of lower price, a store credit will be issued
Gift recipients are entitled to an exchange of equal or greater value only.
REPAIR POLICY
All our repaired Product/s come with an exclusive (INSERT PERIOD) repair guarantee on quality of workmanship from the date such Product/s are delivered to you.
If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of workmanship of any repaired Product/s, simply notify us of your decision via email here (contact@hairaat.com) using the subject heading ‘Repair’ and supplying your order number and address, and we will try to resolve this matter to the best of our ability.
Damage resulting from the mistreatment of Product/s is not covered by this repair guarantee.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
If you are not satisfied with our Product/s you could return it within 7 days from the day of purchase of the Product/s.
At our sole discretion, we reserve the right to provide credit note or gift voucher to the Customer for the value of the Product/s returned.
Custom- made Product/s are not eligible for return.
Solitaires and Loose Diamonds cannot be returned once purchased by the Customer.
Once your Product is received, a quality assurance check will be conducted on the Product/s to check for signs of wear/ alteration or resetting by any jeweler other than us.
The Product/s should be accompanied with the security tag, label and original Product/s certificate and copy/original of invoice for all return.
The Product/s to be returned should be packed in the packaging cover provided by us.
In case the Customer was not able or cannot produce the original Product/s certificate, the Product/s will be sent to the lab for re-certification. The cost of re-certification shall be borne by the Customer.
The amount for refund will be determined by us when the Product/s is received.
If the Product is purchased at a discounted price under any promotion, then we will only refund the discounted price as per the invoice.
At our sole discretion, we reserve the right to change the price of the return/refund Product/s to the condition of the returned Product/s.
Without prejudice to any other paragraphs of this (Return and Refunds Policy) clause, in case of refund, the payment shall be made by the same payment method within (10 days) of receipt of the Product/s subject to our acceptance.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Website Limitation of Liability
HAIRAAT tries to ensure that the information provided is accurate and complete. However, HAIRAAT does not warrant and/or represent that HAIRAAT Material is accurate, error-free or reliable and/or that use of HAIRAAT Material will not infringe rights of third parties.
HAIRAAT does not warrant that the functional and/or technical aspects of the Website or the HAIRAAT Material will be error free and/or that the Website, HAIRAAT Material and/or the servers that make them available are free of viruses or other harmful components. If use of the Website and/or HAIRAAT Material results in the need for servicing or replacing property, material, equipment, data or other element, HAIRAAT will in no way be responsible for those costs. Without limiting the foregoing, everything on the Website is provided to you “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” AND, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, REASONABLE CARE AND SKILL, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
HAIRAAT and its suppliers make no warranties about the HAIRAAT Material, software, text, downloads, graphics, and links, or about results to be obtained from using the Website.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HAIRAAT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the use of information available from the Website or any liability relating to any loss of use, interruption of business, lost profits or lost data, regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, even if HAIRAAT has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Product(s) Limitation of Liability
We do not accept liability for any errors and/or omissions (except as set out below) and we reserve the right to change information, prices, specifications and descriptions of our Product/s and services at any time and without notice.
The Product/s sold by us are provided for private domestic and Consumer use only. Accordingly, we do not accept liability for any indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of data, loss of income or profit, loss of damage to property and/or loss from claims of third parties arising out of any Products or services purchased from us.
We shall have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of Product/s ordered or any other matters to the extent that the delay is due to any event outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, flood, fire, labour disputes, strikes, lock-outs, riots, civil commotion, malicious damage, explosion, governmental actions and any other similar events.
To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, we disclaim any and all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, in relation to the Product/s. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

We will not be liable, in contract, tort (including, without limitation, negligence), pre-contract or other representations (other than fraudulent or negligent misrepresentations) or otherwise out of or in connection with these Terms of Service, for:
Any economic losses (including without limitation loss of revenues, profits, contracts, business or anticipated savings); and/or
Any loss of goodwill or reputation; and/or
Any special or indirect losses suffered or incurred by that party arising out of or in connection with the provisions of any matter under these Terms of Service.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The entire content of this Website, HAIRAAT Material, including all jewellery designs, photographs, logo, copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights it contains, including the use of the name HAIRAAT is the sole property of HAIRAAT. You may store, print and display the content supplied solely for your own personal use and you may draw the attention of others within your organization to material posted on our Website. You are not permitted to publish, manipulate, distribute or otherwise reproduce, in any format, any of the content or copies of the content supplied to you or which appears on this Website nor may you use any such content in connection with any business or commercial enterprise. These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of State of Qatar. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in relation to these Terms of Service, including the validity, invalidity, breach or termination thereof, shall be referred to the Qatari competent courts which shall have the sole jurisdiction to settle the matter.
